Poll result setback for BJP, INDIA bloc must be wary of Hindutva: CPI(M)

CPI(M) says Lok Sabha poll result is setback for BJP.

The CPI(M) on Monday, 10 June claimed the Lok Sabha poll result was a setback for the BJP which failed to get an absolute majority. It also cautioned the opposition INDIA bloc about remaining vigilant against “Hindutva authoritarianism” using “fascistic methods”. The party expressed disappointment over its poll performance, especially in Kerala, though Left marginally improved its presence in Parliament.
