Election officials in Nilgiris on Monday inspected a helicopter carrying Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The flying squad searched the helicopter after it had landed, the police said. Gandhi was on his way to his parliamentary constituency, Kerala’s Wayanad, where he had a slew of campaign activities. He is fighting the 26 April Lok Sabha polls, seeking a second term from Wayanad.
