The apology did not speak about Patajali's misleading claims made in earlier advertisements or its comments against the use of modern medicine treatments during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Patanjali Ayurved issued a “stamp-sized” apology, accepting its mistake in “publishing advertisements and hold a press conference even after our advocates made a statement in the apex court”. However, the tiny advert did not speak about Patajali’s misleading claims made in earlier advertisements or comments against use of modern medicine treatments during the pandemic. Many angered netizens slammed the apology.
