A Kerala man undergoing treatment after being assaulted by a group of people irked by his dog’s barking last week succumbed to his injuries on Monday, 1 April, police said in Kochi. Vinod, a driver, was allegedly attacked on 25 March by four youngsters who threw sandals at his pet dog for excessive barking. They have been arrested.
