Former PM HD Deve Gowda has alleged that JD(S) is not getting the required support on the ground from BJP. He said, “Some BJP leaders are not cooperating…. At Mandya, (sitting MP) Sumalatha is not cooperating with Kumaraswamy.” In Mandya, former CM HD Kumaraswamy is the JD(S) candidate after incumbent MP Sumalatha Ambareesh was forced to cede her seat.
