The NIA has questioned Saivara Prasad, a BJP worker, regarding the 1 March Bengaluru café blast. He is from Thirthahalli in Shivamogga. A painter, he is the Thirthahalli general secretary of the BJYM — the youth wing of the BJP. Prasad was summoned on Friday after a digital payment transaction between him and the accused was discovered, claimed sources.
