The National Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to Telangana government over a report alleging hardships to girl students due to lack of toilets at Devarakonda Zila Parishad High School for Girls in Nalgonda district. The commission, taking suo motu cognizance of a media report, said if true, it is a serious violation of the students’ human rights.
