Five-member NDSA Committee formed to inspect three Telangana 'damaged' barrages; submit report in four months

The National Dam Safety Authority (NDSA) has constituted a five-member expert committee to examine and study the causes leading to the distress of the Medigadda, Annaram, and Sundilla barrages. It is headed by J Chandrasekhar Iyer, former chairman of the Central Water Commission. The authority has set a deadline of four months for the committee to submit a comprehensive report.
