The National Dam Safety Authority’s Expert Committee will inspect the Medigadda and Annaram barrages using the best available technology on Thursday, Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy said. The construction company would be held accountable for the damages, and it must bear the cost of repairs. A judicial inquiry would be initiated into the Kaleshwaram project, he added.
