Andhra Governor Abdul Nazeer has promulgated an ordinance for “vote on account” budget for ₹1.29 lakh crore for four months from 1 August to 30 November, 2024. The ordinance authorises the state government to withdraw the specified sum of money from the consolidated fund of Andhra for the “services of a part of the financial year” which commenced on 1 April 2024.
