Kerala vet student’s death: Dean, warden suspended

Police have arrested all 18 accused in the case pertaining to Siddharthan JS, who was found hanging in the bathroom of the college hostel.

MK Narayanan, Dean of the College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences at Pookode, was, on 5 March, suspended in connection with the 18 February death of a student, JS Siddharthan, that has rocked Kerala due to the alleged role of SFI activists. Vice-Chancellor PC Saseendran also suspended R Kanthanadhan, Assistant Warden, in connection with the student’s death.
