Wayanad landslides

The Opposition UDF in Kerala has announced that its MLAs will contribute one month’s salary to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund in the wake of the Wayanad landslides. Opposition leader VD Satheesan, on Sunday, said the UDF will take part in the rehabilitation efforts. Apart from the 100 houses the Congress offered to build, the IUML also announced rehabilitation packages.
