A Delhi on Tuesday, 9 April, extended the judicial custody of BRS leader K Kavitha till 23 April in the Delhi excise policy-related money laundering case. The CBI questioned Kavitha in Tihar jail officials said Tuesday. On Monday, the judge denied her interim bail to Kavitha, saying prima facie she destroyed evidence and was instrumental in influencing witnesses.
