BRS MLC K Kavitha on Monday, 18 March, moved the Supreme Court saying her arrest by EC was illegal and amounted to judicial contempt. The ED said Kavitha and others allegedly conspired with Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia of AAP to get favours through Delhi Excise policy. It said she was involved in allegedly paying ₹100 crore to AAP leaders.
