BRS leader K Kavitha, arrested in Delhi excise policy-linked money laundering case, moved a court in Delhi on Saturday, 6 April, opposing CBI plea to interrogate her in Tihar jail as allowed by the court on Friday. Kavitha’s counsel Nitesh Rana told the court that CBI thwarted the due process of law by filing the plea “behind her back”.
