As soon as Kavitha was produced in the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi to send her to the 'reformatory', she pleaded for several facilities.
BRS MLC K Kavitha was remanded to judicial custody till 9 April but allowed a list of comforts inside the prison. The facilities the court allowed, on medical grounds include: her existing medication, home-cooked food, comfortable mattress, access to her slippers, clothes, bedsheet, blanket, books, pen and paper and allowed to wear her jewellery. She pleaded for these facilities.
