The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday, 21 March, alleged that Congress MP Karti Chidambaram took a ₹50 lakh bribe through a close aide to get sanction from the Union home ministry for the reuse of visas for Chinese personnel by a company that was establishing a power plant in Punjab.
