The Karnataka BJP, on 11 March, accused Congress leader GS Manjunath of abusing PM Modi, and shared a video of his purported remarks on social media. In the video, he can be heard saying in Kannada, “…I would have hit him with my footwear had I got to meet him.” However, there was no reference to Modi in the video.
