A massive backlash against “hate-mongering” by BJP leader and Union MoS Shobha Karandlaje has made her retract her statement and apologize. She had alleged that “people from Tamil Nadu planted a bomb in Bengaluru cafe”. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin condemned her “reckless” statement which came on the day Prime Minister Narendra Modi was in Tamil Nadu addressing election rallies.
