The ordeal of the passengers of the ill-fated Kanchanjunga Express, hit by a goods train in West Bengal on Tuesday leaving nine dead, ended early morning on Tuesday, 18 June, when the undamaged coaches of the train reached its destination Sealdah station, an Eastern Railway official said. Authorities ensured smooth dispersal of the passengers and onward movement to their homes.
