Joint SoP for K’taka, Kerala, TN to manage human-wildlife conflict
Karnataka Minister Eshwar Khandre said that the three states will work together to prevent human-wildlife conflict and poaching, and conserve forests and wildlife.

Forestry and environment ministers of Karnataka and Kerala have chaired a meeting of top forest officials of their states and Tamil Nadu to discuss a joint SOP to manage human-animal conflict. Noting that wild animals roam freely from one forest to another and between the states, the ministers said measures will be announced to reduce conflicts and illegal poaching.
