JD(S) complains of ally BJP ignoring them in poll preparations

During a recent state core committee meeting of the JD(S) party, several MLAs expressed their frustration to their party leadership.

In Karnataka, JD(S) leaders are accusing their counterparts in the BJP’s state unit of overlooking and sidelining them in election-related meetings in most constituencies in the state. Allegations abound that the BJP had not extended invitations to its alliance party’s MLAs for the recent rallies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Shivamogga and Kalaburagi. The two parties are in an electoral alliance.
