Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday, 27 May claimed INDIA bloc, if voted to power, would scrap the Agnipath scheme. In Bihar rallies, he asserted: “Modi Ji has turned soldiers into labourers. The Centre made two categories in Army – Agniveer and others. If an Agniveer gets injured or martyred, he will neither get a martyr status nor compensation….Why this discrimination?”
