Former Karnataka chief minister HD Kumaraswamy on Thursday, 9 May, alleged the SIT probing the sexual abuse charges against Prajwal Revanna, was “losing track”. He and JD(S) leaders submitted a memorandum to Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot seeking a CBI probe. Kumaraswamy demanded the ouster of Deputy CM DK Shivakumar’s ouster from the cabinet, accusing him and CM Siddaramaiah of interference.
