TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday, 2 May, said he will implement a free sand policy from 4 June once he is back in power. He gave this assurance during a public meeting at Kadapa as part of his Prajagalam electioneering tour across the state. He held the YSRCP government responsible for the skyrocketing sand prices.
