Former YSRCP MLA J Sudhakar was arrested by AP police for allegedly raping a minor girl, who worked as a maid in his house, repeatedly for over four years. The former Kodumuru MLA was arrested after a complaint by the 17-year-old girl who furnished ‘video evidence’. He was arrested under BNS Sections 376 and 506, including POCSO.
