Farmer trampled by elephant in TN’s Erode

According to the police, the dead person was identified as Maadhan (48) of the Bejalatti forest area under the Erode District Forest area.

A rogue elephant killed a farmer in Burgur forest area in Tamil Nadu’s Erode district on Tuesday, 21 May, and his dead body was recovered after about 15 hours, police officials said. The victim was identified as Maadhan (48) of the Bejalatti forest area under Erode District Forest. He was grazing his cattle when he was attacked.
