The Jagtial Police busted a fake certificate racket and arrested four people. The police got the hint about the racket after a woman submitted a fake certificate for a job abroad. Further probe led to the arrest and seizure of 395 fake certificates, five mobile phones, a laptop, a CPU, and a two-wheeler. Two persons are absconding.
