The cabinet expansion in Telangana stopped midway due to the complicated tangle that it turned into. AICC leaders got their knickers into a twist unable to sort out the problem of too many aspirants chasing too few berths and each one is either a heavyweight in the party or has backed one. Six berths lie vacant while the cabinet has 12 members including the CM.
