Lawyers and politicians have disagreed with Supreme Court Bar Association president Adarsh Aggarwala’s suggestion to the Indian President seeking a Presidential reference on the Supreme Court’s “unconstitutional” verdict on electoral bonds and not to give effect to it unless the matter is re-heard. He said the Supreme Court should not deliver judgments that would create a constitutional stalemate.
