Delhi court on bail to Arvind Kejriwal in excise policy scam

The ED failed to furnish direct evidence linking Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to the proceeds of crime in the Excise policy-linked money laundering case, a Delhi court said while giving him bail. The Delhi High Court, however, stayed the order on an ED appeal. The trial court order was made available to the media on 21 June.
