In a surprise move, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy spirited away BRS Jagtial MLA Dr M Sanjay Kumar to the Congress on Sunday, 23 June. No BRS leader even in their wildest dreams thought Kumar would switch sides. The Congress is gunning for two-thirds of BRS MLAs to shore up its strength in the Assembly.
