The Karnataka High Court on Monday, reserved its order on the petitions challenging the state government’s decision to withdraw consent for the CBI probe into corruption allegations against Congress leader and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar. Advocate Venkatesh Dalvi noted that the “Question before this court is once consent is granted even if withdrawn can the investigation be annulled.”
