A Delhi court Delhi on Friday, 5 April, allowed the CBI to interrogate BRS MLC K Kavitha, arrested in the Delhi excise policy case, in Tihar jail. The order was passed on CBI’s plea to interrogate her Kavitha in judicial custody. The ED arrested Kavitha in a money laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam on 15 March.
