Condolences were pouring in from various parts of the country even as the death toll in the Hatras stampede in Uttar Pradesh rose to 121. The Office of the Relief Commissioner said 28 people were injured in Tuesday’s incident. Of the total fatalities, 19 are yet to be identified, it said. Barring seven children and a man, all the casualties were women.
