Karnataka BJP, on Tuesday 21 May, alleged that doctors in Chitradurga government hospital had to treat patients using a mobile phone flashlight due to lack of electricity and attacked the ruling Congress government and called it “Darkness Bhagya”. The BJP’s jibe is aimed at the Congress’ scheme of providing households free power up to 200 units under “Gruha Jyoti”.
