Congress will do away with 50% reservation cap: Rahul Gandhi

He said that Congress was committed to the welfare of all disadvantaged sections, unlike the BJP which always thought about affluent sections.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday said the INDIA bloc would do away with the 50 percent cap on reservations after coming to power. Addressing an election rally at Nirmal, he said the Congress was committed to the welfare of all the disadvantaged sections, unlike the BJP. Rahul said if the BJP came to power again, it would scrap the Constitution.
