Congress is all set to emerge as the single largest party in South India with over 40 seats including Lakshadweep. BJP comes next with 29, DMK third with 22, followed by TDP with 16. Congress bagged 14 seats in Kerala, nine in Karnataka, eight seats in Telangana, six seats in Tamil Nadu and a single seat in Lakshadweep and Puducherry.
