Congress’ Himachal crisis over, says observer DK Shivakumar

Congress’ central observer DK Shivakumar Thursday, 29 February, said the Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu government in Himachal Pradesh has overcome the crisis over cross-voting by party MLAs making candidate Abhishek Manu Singhvi lose the Rajya Sabha elections. He said differences have been ironed out after speaking to MLAs individually and Sukhu, having taken responsibility for the election defeat, will remain CM.
