Congress: BJP gave govt contracts after accepting electoral bonds

Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh on Thursday, 21 March, claimed that ₹4,000 crore worth electoral bonds received by the BJP “directly correlate” with ₹4 lakh crore worth of contracts awarded by the Government of India. The Congress would reveal these details soon, he said, reiterating the contracts were from the Centre and a classic case of gaining business through bribing.
