The BJP targetted AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday over raising the issue of removal of Article 370 in Rajasthan, with Home Minister Amit Shah blaming the Opposition party’s “Italian culture” for it not understanding the idea of India. The Congress said Kharge “mistakenly” referred to Article 371 and he “inadvertently” exposed the “Modi-Shah” plan of wanting to amend Article 371.
