Eleven Congress workers were taken into preventive custody on Tuesday after an altercation between them and JD(S) cadres in Hubballi, over the alleged sexual abuse involving Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna. The JD(S) cadres raised slogans against the Congress government for allegedly leaking the videos and degrading women’s dignity. Tense moments prevailed, warranting police intervention. Earlier, the JD(S) suspended Prajwal.
