Congress leader VD Satheesan on Sunday, 3 March, sought a CBI probe into the death of a veterinary university student in Wayanad. He said that details of the brutal assault that led to the death of 20-year-old Sidharthan JS on 18 February are emerging. The student’s parents alleged that an SFI-led mob was responsible for their son’s death.
