Several citizens have written an open letter to TDP president Chandrababu Naidu and JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar and “other” elected representatives to support the INDIA bloc. They asked them to “join or support the INDIA Alliance for a stable government”. They said the BJP was against federalism and “will ensure regional parties fade away once they join hands with it”.
