Centre will ‘definitely’ support Polavaram: AP BJP chief Purandeswari

She said the Union government "has been extending its cooperation" to the project from the time it was declared a national project till now.

Andhra Pradesh BJP chief D Purandeswari on Monday, 17 June, said the NDA-led Union government will ‘definitely’ extend support to the Polavaram Project immediately after the state government asks for it. She said the Centre “has been extending its cooperation” to the project, claiming the project didn’t move forward during the previous YSRCP regime.
