A Delhi court on Friday granted the CBI BRS MLC K Kavitha’s custody till 15 April in a corruption case linked to the alleged Delhi excise policy scam. The CBI told the court that Kavitha was not cooperating in the investigation and was evasive in her replies. Kavitha opposed the CBI’s plea, terming her arrest illegal.
