YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, on Tuesday, asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi if the NDA can guarantee special category status to Andhra Pradesh. Addressing a public meeting at Gajuwaka in Visakhapatnam, he said Modi, who had accused N Chandrababu Naidu of “turning Polavaram into an ATM (corruption)” was now praising him because of their alliance with the TDP.
