Founder of SOHFIT and Life Coach Sohrab Khushrushahi said walking is not an exercise. Asserting that he views fitness from a different perspective, Khushrushahi said every individual should include resistance or strength training in their weekly routine. “Your metabolic health starts with your muscles. It’s important to have a certain amount of muscle,” he said at the Dakshin Healthcare Summit.
