A Delhi court, on Monday, 15 April, sent BRS leader K Kavitha, arrested in connection with a corruption case linked to the alleged Delhi excise policy scam, to judicial custody till 23 April. The CBI produced Kavitha before the court in New Delhi following the expiry of the three-day police custody and said she wasn’t required for further custodial interrogation.
