BRS looks for sympathy vote in Secunderabad Cantonment seat

BRS supremo K Chandrashekar Rao has reportedly finalised the candidature of Lasya Nivedita for the by-election to the Secunderabad Cantonment Assembly seat. The party will be fielding Nivedita to capitalise on the sympathy that is perceived to have built up following the death of her sister, sitting MLA Lasya Nandita. The official announcement is expected after Ugadi on 9 April.
